BYD MCU Distributor | Automotive-Grade 8-Bit and 32-Bit
Genuine BYD Semiconductor automotive-grade MCUs, 8-bit and 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 with CAN and LIN, rated AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and -40 °C to +125 °C.
BYD Automotive MCUs Overview
BeiLuo supplies genuine BYD Semiconductor automotive-grade microcontrollers, the control devices at the center of a body, motor or sensor application. BYD's MCU line is manufactured on an automotive-qualified process and tested to the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standard under an IATF 16949 quality system, and it offers both 8-bit and 32-bit cores with a functional-safety level up to ISO 26262 ASIL B. The 32-bit BF7006 series uses an ARM Cortex-M0 core with embedded flash, a set of timers, an ADC, CAN and LIN interfaces and a wide operating range, which suits a body-control module, a motor controller or a sensor node. The 8-bit BF7112A and the BS9000 series cover simpler control tasks with a low pin count and a low cost. The devices are rated over -40 °C to +125 °C and include robust ESD protection, so they suit the electrical and thermal environment of a vehicle body or an industrial control board. Typical applications include lighting control, BLDC motor control, sensor detection, charging-gun control, control panels and small appliances. Every MCU BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Our FAE team helps you choose the core and the package and plan the peripheral and the safety requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I read the BYD MCU table?
Core sets the architecture, Flash the program memory, Frequency the clock and Package the pin count, while Temperature gives the grade.
Choose the core and the pin count to match the peripherals you need.
8-bit or 32-bit?
Choose the 8-bit BF7112A for a simple, low-cost control task with a small code and a low pin count, and the 32-bit BF7006 series for a body module, a motor controller or a sensor node that needs more memory, timing and interfaces such as CAN and LIN.
Our FAE team can help match the core.
Are the MCUs automotive qualified?
Yes. The line is tested to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 under an IATF 16949 system, with a functional-safety level up to ISO 26262 ASIL B and a -40 °C to +125 °C range.
Confirm the qualified part number for your application.
Are the MCUs genuine and documented?
Every BYD MCU BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Mainstream models are held in regional warehouses.
