BF7006AM48-LBTX
BYD BF7006AM48-LBTX automotive-grade 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 MCU, 96 KB flash, 32 MHz, CAN and LIN, AEC-Q100 Grade 1 in LQFP-48.
The BF7006AM48-LBTX is a BYD Semiconductor 32-bit automotive-grade microcontroller built on an ARM Cortex-M0 core, in a 48-pin LQFP package. It embeds the same 96 KB of flash program memory and 4 KB of RAM as the 64-pin member, runs at up to 32 MHz, and includes a set of general-purpose timers, a 32-bit timer, a multi-channel 12-bit ADC, up to 40 general-purpose I/O pins and interfaces such as CAN, LIN and UART, which suit a compact body-control module, a motor controller or a sensor node where the pin count matters. The device is manufactured on an automotive-qualified process, tested to the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standard under an IATF 16949 quality system and rated over -40 °C to +125 °C, with robust ESD protection for the electrical environment of a vehicle. BYD designs the MCU line with a functional-safety capability up to ISO 26262 ASIL B, and the wide voltage range of about 3.3 V to 5.5 V simplifies the supply. Typical applications include lighting and body control, BLDC motor control, sensor detection, charging-gun control and control panels. Every MCU BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Our FAE team helps you choose the core and the package and plan the peripherals.
FAE Professional Review
The BF7006AM48-LBTX gives the same core, memory and peripheral set as the 64-pin member in a smaller 48-pin package, so it suits a compact board where the extra I/O is not needed. It is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and runs to 125 °C, so it fits an automotive or an industrial board. Confirm the pin count against the peripherals you need.

Frequently Asked Questions
What projects suit the BF7006AM48-LBTX?
It suits a compact control task that needs a 32-bit core, 96 KB of flash and interfaces such as CAN and LIN, but does not need the I/O of the 64-pin package, such as a small body module or a sensor node.
Confirm the pin count against your peripherals.
How does it differ from the 64-pin part?
It has the same core, memory, frequency and temperature range, but fewer general-purpose I/O pins in a smaller 48-pin LQFP package, which reduces the board area and the cost where the extra pins are not needed.
Our FAE team can help choose the package.
