BIPN60010C
BYD BIPN60010C intelligent power module, 600 V and 10 A three-phase IGBT inverter with gate drivers and protection in a DIP-27 package.
The BIPN60010C is a BYD Semiconductor intelligent power module (IPM) rated 600 V and 10 A, in a DIP-27 package that mounts on a heat sink. The module integrates a three-phase IGBT inverter, the high-side and low-side gate-drive ICs, the bootstrap diodes and the protection logic on one package, so a small motor can be driven from a few logic signals and a minimal external circuit. The internal protection includes under-voltage lockout and over-current protection, and the module provides a fault signal, which improves the reliability of the finished drive and shortens the development time. The integrated design reduces the electromagnetic interference and the number of external components, so a compact, high-performance inverter can be built on a small board, and the conventional DIP-27 footprint makes the heat sinking straightforward. The 10 A rating suits a small fan, pump or appliance motor. Typical applications include air-conditioner and appliance motor drives, pumps, fans and small variable-frequency drives, and the module pairs naturally with a BYD MCU that generates the PWM. Every module BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Our FAE team helps you choose the current rating, plan the heat sink and the bootstrap supply and lay out the power stage.
FAE Professional Review
The BIPN60010C is the lower-current IPM in the family, well suited to a fan, a pump or a small appliance motor. The integrated driver and protection mean the motor can be driven from a small controller with almost no external parts. Size the heat sink for the RMS current, keep the bootstrap supply clean and follow the recommended shunt and layout for the current sense.

Frequently Asked Questions
What projects suit the BIPN60010C?
It suits a small mains-fed motor such as a fan, a pump or an appliance compressor, where a compact 600 V, 10 A three-phase inverter is needed. The integrated driver and protection keep the external circuit small.
Size the heat sink for the RMS current.
How do I sense the motor current?
The module is usually used with a shunt in the DC link or the low-side legs, and the resulting signal feeds the controller's ADC. A BYD current sensor is an alternative where isolation is needed.
Our FAE team can review the current sense.
Is the module genuine and documented?
BeiLuo supplies factory-traceable BIPN60010C modules with an import declaration, certificate of origin and RoHS file on every order. Stock is normally available and the datasheet downloads from this page.
